All sales from Shirt Alert! are final. Due to the nature of our products and the made-to-order process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout to ensure all items, sizes, and shipping details are correct.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shirtalertcontact@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue promptly and make sure to make things right.

Shirt Alert! is not responsible for items that do not fit as expected, ordering the wrong size, color variations due to screen settings, or normal wear and tear. We encourage customers to review size charts and product descriptions before purchasing.
