Please allow orders up to 1-2 weeks for processing and shipment, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Custom or Bulk Orders: Please allow orders 2–4 weeks for processing and shipment. Production timelines may vary based on order size, customization details, and material availability, and we appreciate your patience as we create your items with care.

All orders are shipped from the United States via standard shipping methods. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location and external factors. Shirt Alert! is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.

Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, Shirt Alert! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
